PLEASE KEEP BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. PLEASE BE SURE TO ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT IS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF A PENDING TRANSACTION APPEARS ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF IT IS ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE A TRANSACTION.

1.how long is processing, shipping and handling?

processing takes 4-6 business day's for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-friday. IF YOU ORDERED ON FRIDAY YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY WHICH IS MONDAY. All order's placed after 5:00pm EST are considered the next business day.

2.when will I receive tracking number?

you will recieve your tracking number on or before the 4th business day. After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Please track your package at www.USPS.com. Your tracking number will come to your email. If for any reason you don't receive a tracking email by the end of the business day of the 4th day please contact customer service at (214)468-4010.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES, INCORRECT ADDRESSES AND REFUSED DELIVERIES

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc) needed to deliver your package. Due to problems with missing shipments and fraud attempts, we will ship packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. Meaning, someone must be there to sign for the package. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up if necessary. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS. If you for any reason would like to override the signature confirmation please email us at [email protected] so that we can waive that immediately.

LOST SHIPMENTS

if you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us by email  immediately.We will contact USPS right away and initiate a trace for your order and have them start a investigation this investigation can take up to 8-10 business days.
